Relationship Healthcheck
Find out how healthy your supplier relationships are
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is all about a two-way relationship between a business and its suppliers. And to have a healthy relationship, you need a clear understanding of how the parties involved think the relationship is going.
We developed the relationship healthcheck because we found that many organisations are working in the dark when it comes to how to improve supplier relationships. It’s difficult to know how to fix something if you’re not certain which parts need fixing.
Change your relationships for the better
Our relationship healthcheck shows what stakeholders on both sides of the relationship think is going well, and what needs to be improved. When we carry out a relationship healthcheck we:
- Identify key stakeholders and ask them to complete a bespoke 360-degree feedback questionnaire.
- Carry out follow-up interviews. We interview selected stakeholders to find out what’s behind the issues that come up in the responses to the 360-degree questionnaires.
- Analyse the findings. We use qualitative and quantitative analysis (see spider diagram below) to get a clear picture of the relationship issues.
- Facilitate joint workshops. We run workshops where stakeholders can discuss the issues, agree who owns each issue, and draw up action plans that address the issues.
Quantitative comparisons of relationship scores
We produce a gap analysis of the 360-degree survey data to highlight the areas of the relationship that need to be improved.
