Review and improve your SRM programme

It can be hard to know which parts of your Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme work well and which need attention, and whether your supplier relationships are healthy or at risk.

State of Flux’s SRM Diagnostic will give you a clear picture of what’s working and what isn’t, and a clear SRM development roadmap. When we work on an SRM Diagnostic project we:

  • Document your current ‘as is’ SRM programme. We will map your programme against our SRM Maturity Model’s six key SRM enablers: stakeholder engagement & business support; process and governance; people & skills; tools & systems; value & measurement; relationship characteristics. We’ll also interview suppliers to find out how they see your SRM programme.
  • Compare your current SRM programme with best practice. We will explain what the risks are in your current SRM programme, and how your programme measures up against best practice.
  • Work with you to design a ‘to be’ SRM programme. We will identify quick wins that you can implement immediately, and run workshops that will deliver a best-practice SRM model and the actions and roadmap that will get you there.
