The State of Flux Supplier Relationship Management System is a web-based information sharing and collaboration tool that raises the profile of your SRM programme, and makes it easier for suppliers and stakeholders to put SRM into practice.

It gives SRM professionals, business stakeholders and suppliers a customisable view of up-to-date:

  • Key supplier data. Includes financial results, contract renewal dates, governance framework, key contact details and relevant documents (eg, organisational structure).
  • Operational and relationship performance. Includes KPI-based scorecards, supplier risks, and 360-degree relationship survey scores.
  • Project status. Includes status reports, outstanding actions and who’s responsible for them, plus proposed innovation ideas from suppliers.

An easy-to-configure, quick-to-deploy solution that works alongside your current systems

The system is web-based and externally hosted so it’s quick to deploy – basic set-up typically takes two to three weeks.

We’ll help you train internal users and your first suppliers, and upload data into the system (most clients start out with three to five pilot suppliers).

The SRMS works alongside your existing IT systems, and it is easy to upload data from other applications (eg, enterprise resource planning, procurement and contract management systems) into the SRM System.
