State of Flux is a procurement and supply chain consultancy. We help multinational companies and major public-sector organisations set up and improve Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programmes. And we’ve been doing this since 2004.

• Engage your senior stakeholders. We assess your existing SRM practices and approach, and develop a plan to engage your key senior stakeholders (see SRM Diagnostic).
• Train stakeholders and change behaviour. SRM relies on hearts and minds; we offer training and coaching that explains the principles, benefits and details of SRM (see Learning).
• Set up a system that will make your SRM programme work harder. We’ve developed a Supplier Relationship Management System that gives all stakeholders one view of supplier information and scorecards, and practical ways to manage collaboration and joint projects (see SRM System).
