Cheryl is responsible for optimizing value and mitigating risks associated with Allstate’s $4B spend portfolio spanning Technology, Travel, Marketing, Claims, Professional Services, and Facilities categories.

Leslie Lauderbaugh was named Director, Supplier Engagement & Development in 2019 and is a member of Kellogg Company’s Global Procurement Leadership Team. She oversees Supplier Relationship Management, Responsible Sourcing, and Supplier Diversity efforts for the Company.

Steven Nieri, Managing Director, North America at State of Flux has over 15 years of success championing programs and improvements to dramatically reduce costs, leverage technology, and better manage risks to power up the procurement and supply chain function. He has built and led global procurement initiatives and category strategies for a variety of industries, including CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Food & Beverage.

Alan Day is the Chairman and Founder of State of Flux, and has led the company from strength to strength since 2004. He has over 20 years experience in driving thought leadership in procurement and supply chain best practice.

Mel Shutes leads on supplier relationship management (SRM) strategy and consulting for State of Flux, and is responsible for both domestic and international projects, including the development of best-practice SRM, strategic sourcing and procurement transformation for clients in the financial services, information services, transport, mobile telecommunications and public sectors.
