Job Type: Remote - Full-Time

We're looking for a Marketing and Design Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help us bring our brand to life through designs for our website, emails, LinkedIn and support our consultants by creating designs and PowerPoint slide decks for them. You'll also learn a lot about running global campaigns, organising events and using data in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimise our marketing. Sound interesting?

The interview process:
  1. We will go through all applications and schedule a quick introductory call.
  2. Followed by a longer interview with your future manager, who will explain more about your role and explore if we are a good fit for each other.

  4. If you are the person we are looking for, we will make you an offer.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Design and Content Creation:
    • Create designs for emails, social media, blog posts, website pages, and articles.
    • Ensure our brand looks consistent and professional across all materials (internal and external). Many PowerPoint decks need updating to our new brand, so this will be your main focus for the first month.
    • Design PowerPoint decks for our consultants. Approximately 25% of your role will be helping our consultants with their slide decks and creating graphics to support their message. You will not be required to present to clients.
    • Organise, edit, and publish our video podcast, The Power of 3. You will work closely with our CEO and will be in charge of this project.
  • Marketing Operations, Website and Campaign Management Support:

    • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Qualities:
    • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
    • You’re organised and can manage your time well without needing someone to look over your shoulder. This is a fully remote role, but you will have regular calls with your teammates and guidance from your manager.
