As an Analyst at State of Flux, you will be part of a wider team of experienced Consultants, helping to deliver SRM and procurement related projects for multinational clients from a wide range of industry sectors. Initiatives cover the full end-to-end supplier management journey, from initial maturity diagnostics and spend analysis, through to best practice process design and joint business planning, to help organisations realise additional value from their supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to inform trends and allow for the identification of key business problems or challenges that need to be addressed
  • Contribution to report writing, summarising key findings and recommended next steps to drive improvement
  • Attendance and input to weekly project meetings with client stakeholders
  • Research on the latest industry trends to help inform discussions with both existing and prospective clients
  • Supporting senior members of the consulting team with business development activities, including proposal and Statement of Work drafting, and RFI / RFP responses
  • Weekly project status reporting, both internally and for live clients
  • Facilitating workshops between clients and their key strategic suppliers, either virtually or on-site
  • Working with C-Level stakeholders within the organisation to support with the scheduling of critical sales meetings
  • Playing a key role in the organisation of team social events and fundraising activities

Qualifications and Skills

To perform effectively in the role of Analyst, it is important that the successful candidate possesses:
  • A university Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • Previous experience in a client-facing, commercial environment – ideally in the Procurement, Supply Chain and/or supplier management space (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver initiatives according to set timeframes
  • Robust analytical abilities, with the capability to discern trends from both quantitative and qualitative data

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail. As part of our global network, you'll work with our young and energetic team in the London office to implement and manage our Supplier Management platform, SupplierBase. You'll build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their goals using SupplierBase. Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on platform functionality and use cases to help them get the most value out of SupplierBase.
  • Engage regularly with customer stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Respond to customer questions and issues promptly.
  • Manage ticket resolution with the technology team in a timely manner.
