Frank Lai

Frank is a management consultant with expertise in supplier management, sustainable procurement, risk management, cost optimisation and data analytics. With extensive overseas experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and procurement. Frank specialises in supply chain and procurement across a number of industries and has an excellent track record of delivering positive strategic outcomes. He also holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has also been delivering lectures in the Faculty of Business and Economics and Melbourne School of Engineering. He has been awarded a number of scholarships and awards over the years.

Christine Scoolis

Christine has worked for the last 20 years as a consultant and procurement leader, making corporate & supplier interactions and procurement operations diverse, efficient, and transparent by finding the gaps and filling them in with knowledge and team-building strategies. Chris has facilitated many successful relationship and innovation workshops, helping our clients pinpoint and dissolve issues to build resilient supplier partnerships that can realize new value.

Nicola Dunne

Nicola has 34 years of experience in commercial, transformation and senior executive activity across both private and public sectors. Her early responsibility for supply chain re-engineering across global supply created the base for developing further category skills in mail logistics. With an accompanying MBA and MSc in behavioural change, leadership and people development became key themes and played a major part during my first CPO role. More recent projects have focused her on further organisational design projects, business mentoring and training.

Joel Saunders

Joel is an experienced Executive Consultant consultant with a history of developing successful Supplier Management programmes encompassing risk, contract, performance and supplier relationship management, including training, consulting, technology and research. 

Ben Earnshaw

Ben is an MCIPS-certified senior manager consultant with more than ten years of consulting experience (State of Flux & PwC/Deloitte/Vendigital) across a range of clients & industries. He combines in-depth Supplier Management, Procurement and Supply Chain knowledge (with an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University) with strong project management, relationship building & analytical skills.

Simon King

Simon is a CIPD-qualified learning and development professional with a record of designing and delivering value-adding learning solutions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He is well-practised in consulting and coaching on learning programmes designed to enhance supplier performance and relationship management. As an experienced manager with expertise in competency frameworks, psychometrics and coaching, Simon aims to help professionals maximise potential in their business relationships.
