Richard leads CCL, with accountability for both development of its strategy and its successful execution.

He joined CCL in 2022, having held a number of leadership roles for Spark Group over the last ten years. Most recently, he led the Spark Consumer Channels business – and previously, he led the Business Sales & Service teams across Spark’s Central and Southern Markets.

Richard started his career in Fletcher Challenge and has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector. He spent six years in Europe and Australasia within the software sector, and then returned to New Zealand in 2011. He lives in Wellington with his family.
