Tony Horn
Executive General Manager of Finance at Profectus
Operations at Profectus Group is a seasoned leader with a rich Fintech, Consulting, and Data Analytics background. Tony has successfully driven successful outcomes and growth for 100+ international brands within the FTSE 250/ASX 100.
He delivers results at Profectus, utilising audit recovery services and source-to-pay automation technologies. He collaborates with major clients such as The Warehouse Group, Chemist Warehouse, Fonterra, Ingham's, Smiths City, NZ Post, and Westpac.
A results-oriented professional, he delivers customer excellence, driving profitability and continuous product innovation as the marketplace evolves, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Profectus and its clients.
Richard Adams
Chief Executive Officer at Concepts
Richard leads CCL, with accountability for both development of its strategy and its successful execution.
He joined CCL in 2022, having held a number of leadership roles for Spark Group over the last ten years. Most recently, he led the Spark Consumer Channels business – and previously, he led the Business Sales & Service teams across Spark’s Central and Southern Markets.
Richard started his career in Fletcher Challenge and has more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT sector. He spent six years in Europe and Australasia within the software sector, and then returned to New Zealand in 2011. He lives in Wellington with his family.
Stephen Ponsford

I'm deeply committed to leading organisations guided by purpose. As the CEO of Qrious, I harness the power of digital innovation and emerging tech to drive positive social change.
In addition to leading my team @ Qrious, I often take the stage as a keynote speaker, sharing my insights and vision. I'm also a proud member of the Institute of Directors and serve as an advisor to fledgling businesses, helping them navigate the challenges of growth.
Greg Skelton
Chief Executive Officer at Wellington Electricity
Greg has been the Chief Executive of Wellington Electricity since April 2009. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive, Greg was the Chief Executive of Alpine Energy Limited and has held various senior management roles in the electricity industry. Greg has 30 years of experience in the fields of production engineering, electrical engineering and business management. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a fellow of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand.
Laurence Pidcock

Experienced Procurement leader with a demonstrated history developing and implementing procurement teams and strategies in Public and Private Sector. Skilled in Supplier Performance, Negotiation, Government Procurement, Spend Analysis, and Strategic Sourcing. Recognised for the development of the procurement function in NZ government, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
Tod Cooper

A commercial and operational executive, having held leadership and advisory roles over the past 20 years. A senior leader that creates and nurtures high performing teams and develops organisational growth in both commercial maturity and capability.
