During his time abroad, Justin was responsible for building and leading the global third-party risk management functions for both Wise and the Investec Group, covering banking, wealth, and asset management solutions, as well as developing risk frameworks and policies. He was also pivotal in the design and implementation of the architecture on 2 third-party risk management platforms, delivering end-to-end risk management. His experience also includes leading Procurement, Marketing Strategy, Market Data, and Corporate Library initiatives. Prior to his roles in London, Justin was head of the non-advised wealth operations for BT Financial Group in Australia and led QBE’s financial services intermediary operations.
Andrew Pedroso currently heads the Enable operation in ANZ, working with leaders across various industries to improve financial, operational and risk performance through the adoption of strategic rebate management. With a background including nine years at Forrester, his experience has focused on driving outcomes and solutions to meet business priorities across Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Digital, Marketing, Security, Insights & Analytics, and Procurement.

In this role, James has responsibility for the development and implementation of key strategies covering Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Supplier Risk Management, Policies and Procedures, and Procurement Learning and Development. With procurement teams across the globe, WestRock has had the challenge of developing solutions to maximize value delivery from suppliers and mitigate supplier risk in different geographies whilst remaining aware of the regulatory landscape and business drivers in keeping manufacturing processes running efficiently and cost-effectively.
James’ experience includes procurement roles in the UK, Switzerland and the USA, and the challenges posed in managing a multi-tiered supply base in sourcing products and services from across multiple geographies.
John is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supplier relationship management and vendor management across a range of industries. Currently serving as a Supplier Relationship Manager at Starbucks, he has been dedicated to this role for over 2 years, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Prior to joining Starbucks, John held pivotal roles at Allstate for nearly nine years. During his tenure, he excelled as an Investments Vendor Management Manager, overseeing vendor relations and managing investment portfolios.
He also contributed significantly as a Supplier Management Lead Consultant, showcasing his expertise in supplier strategies and operations. Before venturing into supplier management, John honed his skills in auditing and compliance as a Senior Auditor and Sr. Compliance Associate at Allstate. Throughout his career, John has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive excellence in supplier relationships and effectively manage vendors to ensure operational success.
Jeremy is an enthusiastic Global Supply Chain Transformation Director at CARE, deeply committed to addressing poverty, social injustice, and advocating for women and girls. With a firm belief in the significant role supply chains play in efficiently utilising donor funds for global impact, he thrives on creating environmental, social, and economic improvements through strategic transformations. Jeremy brings a wealth of experience, having held pivotal roles in renowned organisations such as Foodbuy Europe Limited, Save the Children International, and Accenture.
His expertise lies in business transformation, supply chain management, change management, procurement, account and category management, and business strategy. Jeremy's journey is marked by a deep commitment to leveraging supply chains for positive change and making a meaningful difference in the world.
Alicia is known for her strategic vision and leadership in the realm of procurement, contributing significantly to the organizations she has been a part of. She has a wealth of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Procurement Officer at Equinix, she has been driving strategic procurement initiatives for over 4 years, overseeing critical processes and supplier relationships.
Prior to Equinix, Alicia held pivotal roles at Google, where she showcased her exceptional skills in commodity management and infrastructure equipment. With a tenure of over 7 years at Google, she demonstrated her expertise as a Group Manager for GDC Infrastructure Equipment Commodity Management and a Commodity Manager (Global).
Alicia's career journey also includes a successful stint as a Procurement Manager at Equinix, where she established a strong foundation in procurement strategies. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a Purchasing Agent at D.R. Horton, honing her skills in purchasing and vendor management over 6 years.
Luke Nordlie joined KY3P®, S&P Global Market Intelligence, in 2023 with the TruSight acquisition and led the commercial and strategic development of vendor due diligence products and methodology. Prior to joining, he served as the Revenue Officer at TruSight. He was a Senior Manager in Crowe Horwath’s Risk Consulting Services practice, providing information technology and third-party risk services to the financial services industry.
Luke has over 15 years of experience providing information technology and third-party risk services to the financial services industry. Luke’s expertise includes leading a diversified portfolio of regional and national financial institutions through regulatory and industry-standard challenges. Luke has provided consulting and advisory services to more than 50 financial services companies based on a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, risk management, and program design. Before that, Luke was a lead in JPMorgan Chase Bank’s Third Party Office, specializing in Information Systems and Application Security assessments.
Dave McMurray joined the Kellogg’s Global Procurement team in 2015 as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for North America coming directly from McKinsey consulting after having spent over 3 0 years leading procurement/supply chain activities across the manufacturing, distribution and retail industries . Responsible for approximately $6B of total spend, Dave brings a deep background in global strategic procurement to Kellogg’s and was instrumental in the design and transformation of Kellogg’s current Global Procurement structure. In addition, the implementation of an end to end Source to Pay model has helped the company drive further benefits across its Global Business Services agenda. Viewed as a progressive change agent, Dave has been highly successful at driving productivity and cash flow improvements across the enterpris e . He has led sourcing teams in all areas of procurement from direct materials, indirect materials & services, external manufacturing, distribution/logistics, commodities and finished products (grocery retail) and is passionate about his involvement to drive improvement in areas of cost, cash, diversity, sustainability and talent development. In October 2023, Kellogg Company split into two separate companies and Dave is now part of the new Kellanova Company and its Global Procurement Leadership Team.
Jennifer Minh leads the North American partnerships strategy at Enable, expanding the program to collaborate with leading technology providers in ERP and pricing analytics. With prior roles as Global Strategy Manager and Manager of Partner Development at Prophix Software, Jennifer has a strong track record in channel partnerships.
Her banking experience from Scotiabank and RBC, where she provided personal financial advice and worked on community partnerships, adds depth to her expertise. Jennifer's background encompasses banking, partnerships, financial services, corporate performance management, and supply chain, making her a formidable force in partnership strategy and corporate growth.

Jim is the former CPO at Walgreens Boots Alliance, a Fortune 20 company. He now advises business executives and leadership teams on how to maximise the value from procurement.
Prior to joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, he worked for Anglo American and General Electric also within commercial procurement. He has worked overseas extensively, in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and retail environments. He holds an MBA in Strategic Procurement from the University of Birmingham, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Jarrod currently serves as the Head of Procurement Capabilities and Transformation at Santander UK. In his earlier positions, he spearheaded Santander's Third Party Risk Management function and a merged Cost Management and Procurement function. In these capacities, Jarrod played a pivotal role in establishing the bank's foundational strategies for third-party risk management, responsible procurement, and transforming the cost base and commercial capability, ensuring their seamless integration.
Before joining Santander, he contributed to the commercial operations of Property Management and Construction Management, leading procurement, finance, and commercial teams to achieve exceptional client outcomes in challenging, low-margin business environments.
With a rich background encompassing seventeen years of expertise in Strategy and Transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance Operations, Maximiliane, also known as "Maxi", has made significant contributions in the realms of Telecoms, IT, Financial Services, and Pharma.
Her impactful roles have spanned renowned organisations such as Vodafone, GSK, and Lloyds Banking Group. Her experience extends globally, having worked across Europe, India, China, and the Far East, showcasing her deep international involvement.
Between 2021 and 2023, Simon was the Global Head of Business Development at KY3P. In this role, he led the assessments and data business, including closing the acquisition of Trusight in January 2023. Simon also had responsibility for the development of our network of clients across industries.
Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2021, Simon was a Partner at PwC, based in London, with leadership roles within the Technology and Data Analytics practice. He has extensive experience in leading and building consulting and advisory businesses, including third-party risk management and operational resilience capabilities. Prior to joining PwC, he established and led the third-party risk practice at Deloitte for five years. In this role, he worked with clients across a range of industries including government, life sciences, technology and media and oil and gas.

Currently part of Alba Bank, a new start up Bank in Scotland, previous experience includes building and transforming the Procurement & Supplier Management organisations in Citizens Bank (USA), Northern Rock/Virgin Money and Tesco Bank.
Adam Jamal manages technology partnerships at Enable, the leading provider of rebate management solutions for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. With 18 years of experience in the tech industry, his focus has been centred on developing and nurturing strong partner relationships.
Before joining Enable, Adam held various roles at organizations such as Oracle Technologies, where he grew and shaped the partner network for the NetSuite product, which turned out to be a catalyst for revenue growth through a synergistic partner ecosystem. He’s also worked at IBM, PwC, and ArcelorMittal. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University.
